70's Lime Green & Cream Summer Caftan rugged probably child size 8-10Well, if this isn't a vacation piece, I don't know what it is. I'm thinking Miami, although the Carribean sounds about right too. If you look close, you can see the seashell motif & note that the plunging neck also has clasps as an option.
