We would pair it with Veal Milanese. The palate is slightly herbal with a slight saline minerality, and fruit notes of ripe yellow peach and nectarine. A dry, crisp, and refreshing white we come to expect from southern Germany. St. Antony seems to achieve the impossible, farming biodynamically and organically on very steep hilly vineyards.
