Dumien-Serrette, Cornas "Patou" Vieilles Vignes, 2023 Core Fonbel belongs to the VauthierFrom the south facing Patou vineyard where some vines exceed 100 years, this traditional Cornas captures the essence of Northern Rhne Syrah. Made with partial whole cluster fermentation and aged two years in well used barrels, the wine shows pronounced aromas of blood orange, licorice, black cherry, pencil shaving, and crushed violets. Medium to full bodied, it balances precision with powerrefreshing cherry and wild herb notes offset by firm tannins
