The palate is fresh, round, rich and full bodied. Fully expressive of the terroir with great finesse. A pleasant light acidity is well balanced with round, fleshy fruitiness. Enjoy as an aperitif, or with foie gras, scrambled egg and truffles, or delicate fish.
