Gonzague Lurton began converting in 2009, and the property has been fully certified biodynamic (Demeter) since the 2016 vintage. 'Les Plantes' is one of three single parcel cuvees Lurton introduced starting with the 2019 vintage, alongside Le Plateau and Le Hameau, each meant to showcase a single facet of Durfort's terroir. Les Plantes
