Billy Button Riesling 2023 campari A supple and velvety palateBrilliant water like core with highlights of green around the edges. Zesty lemon and orange rind scents jump out of the glass followed by some green apple, lime and steely mineral notes. Steely structured, tense and tight, lemon, lime and Granny Smith apple flavours are framed by searing acidity. Dry piercing finish with an ultra crisp wet steel and mineral laced conclusion. Drink over the next 6 8 years.
