Vitale, Edoardo - Large Photograph Signed [JOURNAL] Photo postcard shown as OrtrudItalian conductor (1872 1937), later in life teacher in Milan, his career as a conductor focused mostly on opera and toured extensively outside Italy. Nice photograph, signed, inscribed, and dated by him in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1920 where he conducted La Gioconda, according to some pencil notes on verso. Also signed in pencil on the mat by the photographer. Size is 8. 5 x 12 inches, spotted rust, in very good condition.
