Poggio Di Bortolone Cerasuolo di Vittorio DOCG ‘Contessa Costanza’ 2021 savignon-blanc Relatively new Chardonnay clones 95The Nero d'Avola and Frappato vines for the Contessa Costanza wine grow in the Poggio Di Bortolone vineyards near Ragusa in southeastern Sicily at an altitude of between 220 and 270 m. The winery's production philosophy limits the number of grapes per vine in order to produce wines from to produce the highest quality. The grapes were harvested, sorted and destemmed by hand, followed by fermentation on the skins in stainless steel tanks for 10 days.
