About Our Company

Grand Cast Metal Factory was established in 2018, with a main purpose and focus of producing different iron casting products which include manhole covers, valves and vehicle spare parts. The foundry has a high production capacity over 36,500 MT a year by utilizing an advanced induction furnace that is able to produce 5 tons of iron per hour.

Grand Cast offers advanced and full automatic moulding line able to produce over 300,000 moulds / year that is developed in collaboration with Rihno Machines PVT – India leading foundry machine production, equipment and engineering Company. Being one of Grand Group companies, the group has a state of art machine shop which is equipped with different

CNC machines for precision machining services and also it shall enable the ability to make a highly precise master molds for the target products in the manufacturing process.

The company management and operational team have a cumulative experience of 50 years, this shall mitigate any operational risk involved in the day-to-day operations of the factory especially sensitive tasks such as iron casting, master molds of the target products and molding the products for iron casting.

Grand Cast is proud to have all it’s manhole covers classes certified in accordance to BS EN 124: 2015 – Kitemark, the company is well equipped to manufacture any iron product in accordance to the target specification and size requested by the client, furthermore the company offer customers full customization for their own manhole covers (with their own Logo, text and other descriptive information).

The company management has a vision of making Grand Group the leading iron casting company regionally, this compelling vision was consolidated into a strategic plan to expand the iron casting activities for Grand Group to cater for regional and international demand other that the local market which the company has almost acquired 60% of its market share.

Grand Cast Metal Factory shall produce different types of iron products thar can range from Manhole Covers, Grating, Gully, valves and various vehicle spare parts such as brake drums, brake discs, flywheel, steering knuckles, crankshafts and fuel rails.

The journey started from there and continued to grow gradually till today to become currently among the top companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain for the services and products which we offer.
